Credit Card Security

When purchasing products from Kellands store the final stage of your purchase - the secure order form, is completed on a secure server. This uses 128bit SSL encryption to encrypt all your personal information including credit card number, name, address etc so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. We trust this will give our customers confidence in knowing their information is safe and secure.

We also use both address and CVS verification to avoid fraudsters using your card details to purchase goods from our site.

Credit card information is not accessed or stored by Kellands Agricultural in any form.

Payment Methods

Payment is normally by credit card unless you have a credit account. If you are concerned about using your credit card over the Internet then when you get to the checkout please fill in the form, print it out and either post or fax it to us with your card details or a cheque. We can also accept card payments over the phone.

Credit Accounts

We offer a credit account system to all our UK customers. However we do ask that you pay for your first order by credit card or cheque.

Once we have your details (please ensure the order form is completed in full) we will process your application and your account should be set up within a few days.

Delivery

All parts are normally despatched by post or carriers for next day delivery providing the order is received before 12 pm. Particularly large orders or complex orders may take a little longer. If you require parts urgently then we recommend that you call us to confirm the despatch date.

NB As yet we can only deliver goods to the UK mainland for internet orders. If there is enough demand we will extend this to all other EC countries - please contact us if you would like this facility made available. However we can deliver worldwide for all telephone orders - Please don't hesitate to contact usfor export enquiries.

Carriage is charged at cost plus a small percentage to cover our packing costs. The cost is calculated on the total weight when you reach the checkout. The scale of charges for UK deliveries are as follows (please contact us for carriage charges to other countries):
