Demounting

The demount system is the same principle throughout the Agribuggy range of sprayers and fertiliser spreader frames. This allows a quick change over from sprayer to spreader when the pressure's on.

	Demounting the Agribuggy sprayer is very easy and can be done in less than 1/2 hr. First disconnect the quick release couplings for the hydraulic pipes, pressure gauge and clean water tank.
	Then remove the four mounting bolts from the cone mounting system.
	Insert the jacks into the jacking points and wind up clear of the chassis. Remove the chemical inductor from its mounting socket on the sprayer chassis and slot into the socket on front demount leg.

	When refitting the mounting cones make realignment very easy.
	Spreader frames are mounted/de-mounted using the forklift guides on the back of the frame.
