Unrivalled flexibility

Due to it's extremely light weight the Agribuggy 100 will let you get into the field sooner while other sprayers are still weighing up the odds.

Designed as a replacement for the 3 and 4D models the 1000 incorporates all the design refinements developed for the Agribuggy 2000.

As with all the Agribuggys the chassis are powder coated to ensure the best and most durable finish each one being built in house at our factory at Birdlip.

The Agribuggy is a stunning looking machine, nimble, compact and strong and yet so very light is able to work on the softest ground to give you more spraying days every week of every month of every year.

Unrivalled comfort

With the extra workload capabilities ease of operation and driver comfort is paramount.

The spacious, ergonomic and practical cab has easy access and a very comfortable working environment. It's equipped with suspension seat, adjustable steering column with soft touch wheel, radio/cassette and, of course air conditioning with carbon air filtration.

The cab is mounted further forwards than earlier models to reduce hear and sound levels and improve access.

Tinted glass provides over 75% of the sidewall surface of the cab reflecting heat and ensuring the best possible all-round vision.

Spray application is monitored and controlled by the Arrag 'Bravo' automatic spray control system. An easily operated display unit which also incorporates master, section and boutmarker controls

Unrivalled performance

The Ford 90hp turbo-charged and intercooled diesel engine ensures the machine can keep up with the work - whatever the conditions. A power to weight ratio exceeding that of virtually every other self-propelled sprayer on the market means that it is not only on top of its job but there is always plenty in reserve.

All sprayer demounts are fitted with high output pumps, tank wash, chemical induction systems, three stage filtration, hand wash facility, cloths locker and an external washing lance with self-retracting hose reel.

The 1,000 litre grp tank, specifically designed for the Agribuggy 1000, is internally baffled and gel coated for easy cleaning. It is profiled to give ideal weight distribution over the axles and a low centre of gravity for unbeatable stability.

Spray booms are fully hydraulic steel or aluminum and are protected by a 3 stage suspension system and spring-loaded breakback facility. They are equipped with stainless steel spraylines and single or triplet nozzles.

Strut assisted bi-fold doors to the engine bay allow easy access to all service points for quick and easy daily maintenance

Design features include a cone mounting system to ease the mounting & demounting of the interchangeable sprayers & spreaders

Unrivalled design

The Agribuggy design has proved to be a real winner - It is one of the few machines that has stood the test of time with it first being introduced back in 1981. However, although the original concept has not changed, the design has been kept up to date using all the latest components available. The latest deigns are now all done using state of the art CAD (computer aided deign) systems, 3D solid modeling and simulations. Steelwork is manufactured using the latest manufacturing processes such as CNC (computer numerical controlled) laser cutting and machining.
As with all the Agribuggys the chassis are powder coated to ensure the best and most durable finish each one being built in house at our factory at Birdlip.
